Mandala Coaching Program

The Mandala Coaching Program provides an excellent way to integrate the techniques learned during Shoden and Okuden into your daily practice.

Prerequisite for the Mandala Coaching Program is completion of both Shoden and Okuden. The Mandala Coaching Program is offered approximately one week after Okuden class ends.

If you will be participating, please start practicing full body Enkaku Chiryo for 20 minutes daily leading up to the Mandala to prepare the body’s elimination pathways.

Mandala Program Description

A Mandala Workbook is provided as part of the program with daily entry pages to help facilitate mindfulness and tracking your daily practice of Sei Heki Chiryo. A special “Magic Journal” is incorporated into the workbook for journaling about your issue or any other topics.

The Mandala is a transformative experience and a great opportunity to deepen your practice and incorporate what you’ve learned in Okuden into your daily practice. Students who participate experience transformative progress in their identified issue. It also provides an opportunity to deepen the connection between the students who have taken class together.
